Why is everything free right now?
We're new. We're building. Charging before we've earned the trust of the community would be backwards. The plan is to introduce paid options for larger teams and premium vendor features over time, and to be transparent about it on this page as we go.
Will individual access stay free forever?
We're not promising forever. We're promising honest, up to date pricing on this page. If anything changes for individuals, we'll tell you here first and well in advance.
What happens when my team grows past five members?
Email us at hello@venderra.co. We'll talk about what your team actually needs, and what fair pricing looks like. We'd rather have a real conversation than push you onto a tier you don't need.
Can I edit reviews about my company?
No. Reviews are user generated content and stay with the user. You can flag a review if it violates our community guidelines, for example factually false, spam, or defamatory, and our moderation team will review it. You can also publicly respond to any review.
Can vendors pay to remove negative reviews?
Absolutely not. That's the entire reason Venderra exists. Negative but honest reviews stay. We only remove reviews that are factually false, spam, or violate our guidelines.
How do you prevent fake reviews?
Every review is moderated before going live. We verify reviewer email domains, look for LinkedIn presence, and flag patterns that suggest review trading. Reviewers who submit fake reviews are banned permanently.
What happens to my data?
When you submit any form on this page, we collect what you fill in to verify and respond. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
